Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of all BTL activities with a special focus on exhibitions and road shows (before, during & after) across locations in India.
• Coordination of logistics for various BTL activities, including booking venues, arranging transportation, and managing event setup and teardown.
• Effectively implement SOPs for various BTL activities.
• Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness &bring accountability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations;
• special focus on booth fabricators.
• Manage on-site operations during exhibitions, including overseeing setup, coordinating with
• vendors, and addressing all issues that may arise.
• Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials for events.
• Track & analyze event performance, providing inputs for decision-making & future
• improvements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in BTL marketing.
• Travel extensively to different exhibition venues across India.
