About the Role
We don't need another planner. We need someone who ships — and wants to grow with us.
1MR is a boxing/kickboxing focusing on high intensity bag work classes for all levels, with locations across the GTA and Florida.
If you've ever trained, watched, or worked around boxing, kickboxing, MMA, or fitness, you already speak our language. Now we need to relate that to a large audience that might not be familiar with it
We're looking for a Marketing Content & Operations Coordinator with real range.
You'll own our visual output across social media, ads, and web — designing in Canva, scheduling content, and helping showcase the energy of what we do through editing and creating.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate with all locations to receive raw footage to tackle briefs and content calendar. Following up on deadlines and organizing the process
- Pull raw footage from Google Drive from other locations and turn it into finished ads/contents yourself — CTAs, location tags, brand colors, sizing
- Design Meta ads, carousels, and social content in Canva — this is your primary tool Edit short-form video for Reels, Stories, and paid ads using Canva and AI video tools
