Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing various human resources activities. The role demands excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure efficient and effective HR processes.

Qualifications
• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Strong Human Resources (HR) knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
