Work Mode: 5 days from office + Half-day WFH on Saturdays
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Brand Manager to lead end-to-end marketing, brand building, and admissions growth across Preschool, High School, and BeyondSkool verticals.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in education marketing, with the ability to drive brand positioning, hyperlocal visibility, digital performance, and admissions conversion. This role will act as a bridge between Academics, Admissions, and Business, ensuring marketing efforts translate into measurable enrollment growth and brand equity.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement a strong brand positioning strategy across Preschool, K-12, and BeyondSkool verticals
Ensure consistency in brand identity, communication, and visual representation across all platforms and campuses
Define and communicate the school’s value proposition (curriculum, pedagogy, outcomes)
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research within the education ecosystem
Build strong recall and trust among parent communities
2. Admissions-Focused Marketing (CORE FOCUS)
Own and drive the entire admissions funnel: Inquiry → Lead → Walk-in → Conversion → Enrollment
Plan and execute admission campaigns aligned with academic cycles
Work closely with Admissions / Parent Relationship Managers to improve conversion ratios
Track daily/weekly admission metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
Drive initiatives to increase walk-ins, campus visits, and closures
3. Hyperlocal Marketing & Outreach
Design and execute catchment-area-focused marketing strategies
Plan and manage:
o Society activations, kiosks, and local eventso Corporate tie-ups and referral programso School outreach programs, workshops, and engagement activities
Build strong visibility in key micro-markets and target geographies
Strengthen partnerships with local communities and parent networks4. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Lead digital marketing initiatives across:
o Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTubeo SEO, website optimization, and landing pages
Drive performance marketing campaigns with focus on CPL & CPA optimization
Manage lead generation funnels and improve lead quality
Work closely with agencies and internal teams for execution and optimization5. Content & Communication Strategy
Oversee development of high-impact content including:
o Social media campaigns, videos, testimonials, and reelso Website, brochures, newsletters, and admission kits
Drive storytelling around student achievements, faculty expertise, and school culture
Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone and academic philosophy6. Events, PR & Parent Engagement
Plan and execute:
o Open houses, orientation programs, annual eventso Academic showcases and campus experience initiatives
Enhance parent journey from inquiry to enrollment
Manage PR activities and brand visibility initiatives
Drive parent engagement and referral programs7. Multi-Vertical & Expansion Support
Support marketing initiatives for new school launches and expansions
Contribute to growth of BeyondSkool and allied programs
Ensure alignment and synergy across all verticals
Assist in market entry strategies and new geography expansion
8. Stakeholder & Team Management
Collaborate with:
o Academic teams (Principals, Coordinators)o Admissions and Counselling teamso Leadership and operations teams
Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners
Guide and mentor internal marketing team members9. Budgeting & ROI Management
Plan and manage annual marketing budget (aligned with AOP)
Allocate spends across digital, offline, and branding initiatives
Track ROI and optimize campaigns for better performance
Ensure cost-effective utilization of marketing resources
10. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze:
o Leads, conversions, walk-ins, admissionso Campaign performance and ROI
Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership
Use data insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness Preferred Candidate Profile
6–12 years of experience in marketing (education/edtech preferred)
Strong experience in admissions-driven marketing and lead generation
Deep understanding of parent decision journey and local market dynamics
Proven ability to drive enrollment growth and brand visibility
Expertise in digital marketing, performance campaigns, and analytics
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience in IB / CBSE / ICSE / Preschool ecosystem preferred
Exposure to multi-campus operations or expansion projects is a plus
Data-driven mindset with strong execution and leadership skills
