Role Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Associate who is genuinely excited about AI and wants to be part of the future of marketing. You do not need to be an AI expert today you need awareness, curiosity, and the drive to help build the next generation marketing function for a global B2B agentic-AI and SaaS company.
Why This Role Matters
This is not a "post on social and send a few emails" role. You will work inside an AI-driven marketing system learning to direct AI agents and tools to produce, distribute, and optimize content and campaigns at a scale a traditional associate could never reach alone. You own outcomes: brand awareness, demand, engagement, and pipeline. And you bring the human layer AI cannot: taste, editorial judgment, strategy, narrative, and customer empathy.
You will help shape how marketing works at peopleHum as we rebuild it AI-first. The ceiling is deliberately high the right person grows into a leader of an autonomous, AI-driven marketing function.
Core Marketing
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across social, email, website, webinars, search, and emerging channels.
• Create and ship content blogs, social posts, video, email, landing pages, and promotional assets at high velocity using AI-assisted workflows, with you as editor-in-chief of quality, brand voice, and factual accuracy.
• Own and grow peopleHum's presence across existing and emerging social platforms through consistent, creative, on-brand engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, build dashboards, and turn data into decisions and recommendations.
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to spot trends and opportunities.
• Support lead generation and funnel nurture; optimize website content, landing pages, and assets for engagement and conversion.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Design to execute initiatives, and help run webinars, events, and employer-branding programs.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, manage timelines, and deliver on time.
The AI Layer (what You'll Learn And Grow Into)
• Learn to use LLMs and AI marketing tools as part of your everyday workflow to ideate, draft, repurpose, localize, and optimize content, and get more done because of it.
• Work alongside our autonomous marketing agents: brief them, review and refine their output, and help improve the prompts and playbooks that drive them.
• Get hands-on with Answer Engine and Generative Engine Optimization (AEO / GEO): helping peopleHum become the cited answer inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews — not just a page-one search ranking.
• Apply AI to analytics and experimentation: surface insights faster, draft hypotheses, and run more tests with less overhead.
• Keep an eye out for new AI tools and workflows, and help bring the best of them into the team
