Marketing Associate

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Marketing Associate to join a DC non-profit that serves to protect and preserve national historic landmarks. This individual will work to bring awareness to the organization's mission and programs through various marketing strategies. This is a great opportunity for an individual with marketing experience with a passion for US history to join a collaborative and mission driven team of professionals!


Responsibilities Include:

Generate content to bring awareness to the organization
Write and edit articles, brochures, and leaflets about activities and programs
Manage external advertising calendar
Create graphic and advertising content

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising
Passion for and strong knowledge base of US history a plus
2+ years of marketing and communications experience
Email, digital, and direct mail marketing experience
Knowledge of Drupal CMS and Microsoft Office

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
