Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive with a finance background to support business growth through lead generation, client relationship management, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate with clients, and an understanding of financial products/services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through various online and offline marketing channels.
Coordinate with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Promote the company's financial products and services through effective marketing strategies.
Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for client meetings.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client coordination (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Basic understanding of financial products, services, or accounting concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
