Job Description
We are seeking for a well-organized, diligent professional to prepare and co-ordinate various advertising and marketing materials and to monitor overall marketing campaign for our Real Estate projects based in Ahmedabad.
Job Description:
• To oversee sales and marketing aspect and ensure targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy.
• Assist HOD in developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plan, as well as forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
• Execution of communications and media actions on different channels and platforms including social media.
• Act as the sole point of contact for marketing agencies and vendors and to ensure operations run smoothly as planned.
• Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying property trends and new market opportunities.
• Analyze marketing data through various sources such as events, campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.
• Promoting organization's existing strategies and developing new short as well as long-term marketing strategies after carefully evaluating various metrics such as geographies, supply vs demand, etc.
• Promote Companys branding through managing events, campaigns, networking, channel partners, etc.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective stakeholders.
• Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of channels and platforms (Social Media, SEO/SEM, Email, Mobile, Display, etc.)
• Manage marketing campaigns along with activities on company owned media such as websites, linkedin, twitter, facebook, etc. for creating strong online footprint.
• Responsible for overall effective end to end marketing deliverables for the Group.
The incumbent will stay abreast with emerging trends within real estate field, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
• Proactive, team player, requires good co-ordination and networking capabilities.
• Must have experience of handling events and campaigns without supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivated and passionate for Sales and Marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Can-do attitude to make things happen, to identify and leverage new opportunities.
• Candidature with good knowledge of local Real Estate Market is highly preferred.
