MARKETING AND SALES MANAGER

FULL TIME

$80,000 PER YEAR

Hannover Lodge is looking for a Marketing and Sales Manager to lead and manage business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, direct and coordinate the company’s marketing and sales activities;

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the company’s brand recognition within the industry using various platforms;

· Plan and manage marketing campaigns, digital marketing, promotional materials and business development events;

· Build and maintain relationships and liaise with suppliers, horse racing & horse related businesses to manage existing accounts and cultivate new business;

· Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to achieve the marketing strategies implemented;

· Conduct market research on pricing & industry trends and identify growth opportunities;

· Manage large local & international clients and investigate opportunities to attract new business locally & internationally.

Skills and Experience

· 5+ years experience in marketing and sales;

· Experience in the horse racing industry is preferred.

· Proven ability to develop and manage deployment of marketing strategies;

· Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing & branding; and

· Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical and organisational skills.

Qualifications

· Formal qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, Accounting or a related discipline is preferred; or

· Equivalent relevant industry experience in sales, marketing, business development or commercial management will be considered.
