Job Description
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the resort.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to prospective guests.
• Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-up with potential clients, and converting inquiries into bookings.
• Assist with data entry, maintaining customer databases, and preparing sales reports.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
• Support the creation and management of content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Participate in the organization and execution of promotional events and activities.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new marketing and sales ideas.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
About Company: Everest Base Camp is a luxury camping resort located in Mussoorie. The property is made to give a comfortable and luxurious camping experience, also called glamping! The design is such that no trees were cut in the process of constructing this luxury resort. And hence, the rooms have a beautiful jungle view!
