Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for business development, product promotion, dealer network expansion, and achieving sales targets for medical, surgical, rehabilitation, and orthopaedic products.
Key Responsibilities
Identify prospective business opportunities for the company.
Develop and generate new business leads.
Visit doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, dealers, and healthcare professionals for product promotion and sales.
Demonstrate and market medical, surgical, rehabilitation, and orthopaedic products.
Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors.
Conduct market planning and market research activities.
Prepare proper sales plans to achieve monthly targets.
Review and track sales performance regularly.
Participate actively in meetings, training sessions, promotional campaigns, and marketing events.
Submit daily and weekly reports to reporting managers.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in field marketing/sales.
Experience in the medical or healthcare industry preferred.
Science graduate preferred.
Ability to travel for field visits and client meetings.
Target-oriented and team player.
