International Student Recruitment & Support Officer (Multilingual Advantage)
Brisbane City Campus – Central Australian College Full-Time or Part-Time

Central Australian College (CAC Brisbane) is seeking a motivated and culturally aware Marketing & Student Support Officer to join our vibrant Brisbane City campus, located just minutes from Central Station.

CAC is a CRICOS-registered vocational education provider delivering high-quality training to international students across popular industries such as Automotive, Civil Construction Design, English, and Hospitality. About the Role
As the Marketing & Student Support Officer, you'll play a key role in both promoting our courses to international markets and supporting our current students throughout their study journey. You’ll work closely with our education agents, student services team, and prospective and current students to ensure a high standard of engagement and service.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Recruitment:
Build and manage relationships with international education agents
Promote CAC’s course offerings in Automotive, Civil Construction Design, English, and Hospitality
Support marketing activities including agent outreach, lead follow-up, and social media engagement
Assist with managing agent agreements and maintaining CRM records
Attend events, expos, and meetings with prospective agents and partners
Student Support:
Provide responsive support to students via email, phone, and in person
Assist with student documentation and maintain accurate records
Support orientation activities and ongoing student communication
Ensure students feel welcomed, supported, and informed throughout their time at CAC
What We’re Looking For
Experience in international student recruitment, marketing, or student support (RTO/CRICOS sector preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, with additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or others highly regarded
Friendly, organised, and able to work independently
Confident using Microsoft Office and basic CRM/student systems (training provided)
