Event Planning & Execution

Execute all on-site and off-site events, including festivals, markets, seasonal activations, and community events
Coordinate logistics including permits, vendors, entertainment, staffing, transportation, and setup/tear-down
Book and manage entertainment for events (musicians, performers, etc.)
Lead on-site execution, ensuring events run smoothly and represent the brand effectively
Track and report on event performance, including attendance, revenue, and ROI
Manage and coordinate brand ambassadors for tastings, markets, and events
Handle scheduling, training, communication, and performance expectations
Ensure brand ambassadors represent Old Yale professionally and consistently
Restaurant Promotions & Programming

Support the planning and coordinating of in-restaurant programming (live music, trivia nights, special events, giveaways)
Work with Marketing Manager to align promotions with business goals, Hospitality and Sales
Help ensure all promotions are effectively communicated and supported across marketing channels
Assist with monitoring sales performance
