Profile - Business Development Executive

Location: Civil Lines, Jaipur (On-site)

Stipend - 8K - 10k

Duration - 3 to 6 Months

Offered Salary - 1,50,000- 2,00,000 [ In hand ] + Incentives

Eligibility
• Freshers, candidates with 0–6 months of experience, or interns are encouraged to apply.
• Based on performance during the internship, candidates will be eligible for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Role Description

Trumpet Media is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive agency growth.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and reach out to them via email, call, whatsapp and linkedin.
• Prepare and present proposals, Commercials, pitch decks, and pricing structures to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction.
• Track sales performance, report on key metrics
• Regular followups with exciting leads in sales funnel nurture them via email, whatsapp and calls along with different nudges, hooks and case studies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
