About DesignRoars Intelligence

DesignRoars is a creative marketing agency that helps brands grow through branding, social media, website design, UI/UX, marketplace management, performance marketing, and AI-powered creative solutions. We partner with startups, SMEs, and growing businesses to build impactful digital brands.

We're looking for a proactive and ambitious intern who wants hands-on experience in marketing, influencer collaborations, business development, and client acquisition.

What You'll Do

Influencer Marketing

Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn

Reach out to influencers for collaborations

Coordinate campaigns from onboarding to content delivery

Build and maintain influencer databases

Track campaign performance and deliverables

Lead Generation

Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, email and other outreach channels

Schedule meetings for the business development team

Maintain CRM and follow-up pipelines

Assist in proposal preparation

Marketing Support

Conduct market and competitor research

Support campaign planning and execution

Help maintain marketing reports and dashboards

Assist with content planning and marketing initiatives

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Strong research and analytical skills

Confidence in making calls and sending outreach emails

Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Workspace

Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
