Location: Dartmouth, NS (Hybrid)
Type: Independent Contractor Preferred

About the Role
This hybrid role blends creative marketing with operational support, ideal for someone who enjoys switching between design tasks, social media, and behind-the-scenes admin work. You’ll play a key role in helping Prescott Real Estate connect with clients and run smoothly day to day.
Marketing & Creative Responsibilities
Design flyers, brochures, and CIMs using Canva, InDesign, or similar tools
Create and schedule engaging social media posts
Assist with filming and editing marketing content (training available)
Support video/audio production using tools like OBS Studio and Audacity
Interact with online audiences across platforms in a voice aligned with the brand
Administrative & Technical Responsibilities
Update MLS listings and maintain organized, accurate documentation
Respond to emails and assist with calendar management
Complete light errands such as picking up signage or photographing properties
Help input and categorize inventory for marketing or auction listings
Prepare invoices and support client communication efforts
What You’ll Need
Impeccable written English and strong attention to detail
Valid Nova Scotia driver’s license and access to a reliable car
Based in Nova Scotia (Dartmouth/Halifax area preferred)
Comfort with, or willingness to learn, tools like: Canva, InDesign, OBS Studio, Audacity, Mailchimp, MLS platforms
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position with most tasks completed remotely. However, you should be available to work on-site in Dartmouth and surrounding areas anywhere from a few hours to a few days per week, depending on project needs.
Compensation & Perks
Starting rate of $25/hour, depending on qualifications
Preference for independent contractors
Performance-based bonuses may be available
