The Role You'll Play
ClassPass is looking for a highly analytical Marketing Analytics Manager to help shape our consumer acquisition and retention strategies. You'll turn complex data into clear insights, build investment cases, and guide high-impact decisions across Marketing, Finance, and Product.
Own the evaluation, forecasting, and reporting of key acquisition and retention metrics, including variance analysis
Analyze performance across marketing channels and geographies to identify growth opportunities and inform investment decisions
Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give teams a clear view of performance
Develop business cases for new initiatives by sizing opportunities, modeling investments, and delivering clear recommendations
Design measurement frameworks, including media mix models and incrementally tests, to evaluate marketing ROI
Partner with Finance, Product, and Marketing to align business strategy, performance insights, and financial expectations
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, actionable way
Experience You Bring
3+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting
Advanced Excel modeling skills, including experience building detailed financial models
Experience using SQL to independently access and analyze data
A track record of developing business cases and presenting investment recommendations to senior stakeholders
Strong analytical judgment and a curiosity for uncovering the root causes behind performance trends
The ability to make progress in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Familiarity with marketing and growth metrics such as CPA, LTV, and ROI is a plus
