Education: Diploma in Electronics

Experience: 2 to 3years

Jayco Global is into export and import activities. We have several divisions in the company such as fresh produce and foods division, Electronics, Pharmaceutical and Covid-1+ products. We are looking for salespersons who have excellent communication skills and preferably has sales experience in electronics products. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Also, he/she should be highly motivated, organized, achieve revenue goals and prepare to build the business.
Principle Accountabilities:
Identify potential customers and build a strong relationship with existing customers.Address customer inquiries about products and services offered.Builds relations with key customers and channel partners across verticals.Handling entire distributor/wholesaler account right from the appointment, ordering, accounting, delivery, stock management, MISRetail management (Promotion, Order, Services, Customer Services)Respond to escalated customer complaints in a timely manner.Define pricing strategy and profit monitoring.Tracking competitor activities and developing strategies to counter the same.Cold calling to potential customers like MNCs, small-medium scale industries, distributors, retailers etc.Corresponding with customers via telephone, email or other means to take orders, solicit opinions, and provide information about new products and servicesUnderstand customer needs and suggest changes in products to meet these needs.Identifying and developing new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
Additional Responsibilities:
Generating leads for distributorship.Appointment of DistributorEvaluate current sales processes and recommend improvements.Develop new sales techniques for business growth and profitability.Compliance with company policies and procedures within zones.Undertaking relevant research.
