Permanent - full timeOtautahi - ChristchurchMarketing AdvisorKia hiwa ra!We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Marketing Advisor to join our team within Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu, to work across the range of Ngai Tahu Tourism businesses.Ngai Tahu Tourism operates ten attractions throughout Aotearoa, connecting domestic and international manuhiri (guests) with the people, land, and stories of Ngai Tahu and Aotearoa.We take great pride in operating some of the most well-known attractions in Aotearoa, delivering exceptional experiences with the help of our amazing kaimahi (staff).We are now seeking a Marketing Advisor on a permanent basis to work with our internal team and Ngai Tahu Tourism businesses on all areas of the marketing mix.Reporting to the Marketing Manager and enjoying support from our wider team, we are seeking an experienced marketing professional who can keep up with multiple stakeholder needs and expectations.You'll work within a collaborative, values-led, and supported environment, all while championing the organisational vision and delivering on our Ngai Tahu business needs.Key tasks will include:Knowledge and recommendations around branding and marketing opportunitiesManaging and supporting the implementation of marketing/campaign strategiesManaging promotional collateral and digital marketingGraphic design managementCustomer experience/stakeholder research and analysisThis is such a varied role where learning is limitless.You will make valuable connections with professionals across a range of sectors and is an outstanding opportunity for someone wanting to take their career to the next level.You Will Have:Ability to think strategically and innovatively about marketing strategy, project management, and campaign deliveryAbility to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholder needs in a complex workplaceExcellent knowledge of digital marketing and mediaExperience in Tourism Marketing is a bonusNatural orientation towards change, improvement, and innovationProficiency in te reo Maori and tikanga or an eagerness to learnFamiliarity with the Treaty of Waitangi and its application to the work of Te Runanga o Ngai TahuWhat else can we offer?A supportive environment to learn te reo Maori and Ngai Tahu culture and valuesCompetitive salaryHealth and wellbeing insuranceNau mai, haere mai, tauti mai!#J-18808-Ljbffr
