Listed in -+7 on Indian stock exchanges, Vaibhav Global Ltd (VGL) is an end-to-end electronic deep discount electronic retailer of fashion jewellery, gemstones and lifestyle products in US, UK, Germany & Canada.
Today's customers seek convenient shopping experience. We are available to the customers via our proprietary 24X7 TV Shopping channels (Shop LC in US & Germany and Shop TJC in UK) and other digital medium which includes website, mobile apps, Over-The-Top platforms (OTT's), social media and third-party marketplaces. Thus, today VGL reaches out to almost million households across US, UK & Germany. As digitisation increases, online retail is expected to grow and mature, our portfolio & omni-channel strategy will accordingly evolve alongside. VGL has a group turnover of approx. Rs. 2, Crore (FY - ) and employs over people globally. VGL has its head office as well as its main manufacturing facility in Jaipur, India, which employs approx. people, including contract workers.
Under our flagship one-for-one meals initiative 'Your Purchase Feeds...', we served 13 million meals to school children in India, US and UK. With this, we have served 63 million meals till date. We encourage our team members to donate at least two hours every month for charitable causes that is tracked through our performance system.

Role Intro : Marketing Administrator
• Manage tasks related to marketing activations, content planning, ads campaign set-up, and analytics
• Explore new ideas and introduce ways to promote Shop LC on various OTT platforms
• Collaborate with Graphic Design and Copywriting to create all campaign assets
• Partner with the Digital team to ensure traffic and related sales data associated with the live streams are correctly captured and reported
• Partner with marketing & the social team to utilize appropriate creative related to the Shop LC brand and support marketing of Shop LC with the distribution partners including on their sites, apps, and social media posts
• Being accountable for reporting and analysis of traffic on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis is required with an always-on effort to increase viewership and sales.
• Keep a track of engagement and acquisition trends, analyze content performance, and understand viewership patterns
• Work to constantly improve the quality and effectiveness of the live stream process and content
• Partnering with the content team to make sure the live stream is populated with the most up-to-date programming information, images, and related metadata
Requirements and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in the area of Marketing, IT, Media, or a related field
• Proven experience with video, media, and technology in relevant industries would be preferred
• Deep knowledge and understanding of media / social platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Experience of successfully working in a dynamic and demanding work environment
• Experience working with both internal and external clients
• Strong communications skills, including reading and writing in English
• Strong people & project management skills – in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong knowledge and experience working with technical systems – an innovative and logical thinker
• Well organized and highly structured individual, with ability to give attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to apply data in providing solutions and driving to business goals
