Job Description
Conduct comprehensive market research to gather key insights on current and potential markets for Novo Nordisk's pharmaceutical products.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the market.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including competitors, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic recommendations based on market research findings.
Present research findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide market insights and support strategic decision-making.
Monitor and track the performance of Novo Nordisk's pharmaceutical products in the market and provide regular updates and insights to management.
Utilize a variety of research methods and tools, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis software.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in market research techniques.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all research and analysis.
Collaborate with external research partners and vendors as needed.
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in conducting market research.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of market research efforts.
Represent Novo Nordisk in a professional and positive manner at industry conferences and events related to market research.
