Mills Recruitment is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our client's team in Western Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating workshop activities, ensuring that tasks are completed safely and efficiently. This includes managing work allocation, equipment requests, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and be able to conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate workshop activities
Manage work allocation, equipment requests, and quality standards
Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
Maintain workshop safety and cleanliness
Requirements:
Boilermaker trade certificate
Supervision experience preferred, but not essential; training will be provided
Full-time availability with a minimum 50-hour workweek
