Qualifications

Previous experience in machinery or other related fields
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload

Responsibilities
Proficient in working with a wide range of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Skilled in troubleshooting and making adjustments to PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems and HMI
Experienced in repairing and maintaining printing presses, hydraulic presses, conveyor systems, corrugators (corrugation machines), and precision machinery, including CNC equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize production downtime
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, including 3-phase and single-phase motors as well as VFDs, to minimize production downtime
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment failures to maintain operational efficiency

We are currently partnering with multiple clients in the Chicagoland area that are seeking experienced industrial Maintenance Technicians!
