Job Title: Manufacturing Graduate
Come work with our team tackling complex challenges in influenza science. We are a global organisation with experts from around the world, collaborating to protect communities from seasonal influenza and global pandemic threats.
We are looking for someone with a 2:1 degree in a Manufacturing, Scientific or Engineering discipline, who is passionate about implementing theoretical techniques in practical work in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
The successful candidate will join a two-year training programme consisting of four six-month placements in Seqirus' manufacturing departments. During this time, you will gain an understanding of processes and activities, participate actively, and complete a six-month project in a specific area of interest.
You will be trained in technical skill-sets necessary to manufacture high-quality Influenza vaccines and work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, service, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
This is a development role where you will become a key employee in the manufacturing organisation.
You will learn and develop skills within a two-year training programme.
You will participate in daily tasks and complete a six-month project in a specific area of interest.
You will be immersed in day-to-day challenges relating to high-quality biological processing in a right-first-time environment.
Qualifications:
A minimum 2:1 degree in a Manufacturing, Scientific or Engineering discipline is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on delivering a high level of service.
Experience working in a team environment.
Excellent computer skills in Windows applications (Word, Excel, Access).
Excellent verbal and written skills.

A competitive estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
