• Qualification: MBA or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years

• Salary Bracket: ₹ 40,000 - ₹ 50,000 (Negotiable)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced domain expert who can work as a Business
• Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly coordinate with clients in the Manufacturing sector to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Solve client queries effectively to contribute to their overall business development in the manufacturing sector.
- Collect client data, perform analysis, and collaborate with domain experts to formulate optimal solutions for manufacturing businesses.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the final output, ensuring clarity and strategic insights in the context of the manufacturing sector.
- Conform to professional behaviours and maintain confidentiality in handling client information within the manufacturing domain.
- Provide expert consultation and assistance to clients in the Manufacturing industry through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
- Actively participate in client strategic planning sessions to align business goals within the manufacturing space.
- Ensure that client queries related to the manufacturing sector are promptly addressed with the assistance of domain experts.
- Ensure that all aspects of the scope of work within the Manufacturing domain are completed within specified timelines.
- Collaborate with the team to implement modules and programs based on the required strategies in the manufacturing industry.
• Behavioural & Technical Skills:
- Prior experience in successfully handling multiple clients within the Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and insights effectively in the context of the manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint tools for manufacturing industry-related reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and lead a team to achieve project goals in the manufacturing sector.
• Additional Points for Manufacturing Industry:
- In-depth understanding of the Manufacturing industry dynamics.
- Knowledge of manufacturing-specific operations, including production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with pricing strategies, product positioning, and competitor analysis within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven ability to adapt sales and marketing strategies to the unique challenges of the
Manufacturing sector.
