Job Description:
The Manufacturing Carpenter is tasked with the daily management of work orders and projects unique to commercial and industrial clients. You may be required to perform tasks including door installations, handling hardware, concrete work, demolition, new construction, and renovation sites. Your work location may differ daily, stretching within a one to one and a half-hour radius of the office, with frequent visits to key clients. To excel in this role, you must exhibit independence, have a flair for problem-solving, and maintain excellent customer service levels. You'll receive a competitive payment rate that starts from $25-$28 per hour, with a possible reimbursement for job sites.
Hard Skills:
• The use of steel and metal framing can also reduce construction time and labor costs
• Acoustical tile ceilings are often used in public spaces like offices and classrooms to create a more peaceful and focused environment
• Cabinetry
• Countertops
• Light concrete can be used in a wide variety of applications, including walls, floors, roofs, and even as a foundation for buildings
• Light demolition
• Proper installation of commercial doors and hardware also requires compliance with building codes and regulations, including fire safety codes
• Possessing a set of tools and using them proficiently can also serve as a hobby or creative outlet, providing opportunities to build or create pieces with a practical purpose
• Having the capability to operate independently and deliver exceptional results
• Problem-solving skills
