Job Overview
We are seeking hardworking, dependable individuals to join our tower construction and maintenance team. This position supports tower crews with site preparation, material handling, equipment setup, and general labor tasks for telecommunications tower projects. No tower climbing experience is required for entry-level positions; training is available for motivated candidates.

Assist tower crews with construction, maintenance, and installation projects
Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
Perform site preparation and cleanup
Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
Support tower climbers from the ground during installations and maintenance
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Travel to job sites as required
Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
Ability to lift and carry 50–100 pounds
Ability to work long hours when project schedules require
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Willingness to travel and work away from home when necessary
Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
Valid driver's license preferred
Construction, tower, utility, or general labor experience is a plus but not required
