Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team with at least 1 year experience in a salon setting and COMMISSION 60/40.
In this role, you will provide exceptional nail care services to clients while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Your expertise in nail techniques, customer service, and sanitation practices will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of color theory and various nail care methods, along with a commitment to enhancing the client experience.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate shades.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to offer the latest services to clients.
Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and any concerns.
Experience
Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Familiarity with various nail care techniques bio gel and gelx.
Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on communication and interpersonal relations.
