We are looking to hire exceptionally motivated and talented professionals to join our Legal team at senior positions.
Roles Responsibilities:
• Efficient Contracts Management: - Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of various contracts including but not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements, Lease Agreement, Leave and License Agreement, Master Service Agreements, Manpower Agreements, Operation Maintenance Agreements, Service Level Agreements and Memorandum of Understanding etc.
• Banking related arrangement: Assist with the review and closure of various banking needs and documentation with the banks like sanction letters, loan agreement, escrow arrangement, etc.
• Others arrangements: Arrangements for software license and AI development, real estate,related party transactions, employment labour matters, POSH matters, CSR matters, etc.
• Transactional Work: Assist in various transactions undertaken by the Group like joint venture, collaborations, merger acquisition, share purchase shareholders arrangement, operation management, revenue share arrangements, etc. Includes conducting due diligence and interaction with external legal counsels in this regard.
• Independent interaction with senior management/ HoDs: Interaction with senior management and internal/ externalclients to better understand their requirements, address their queries and ensure smooth resolution and closure.
What we are looking for:
• 5 years programme (LLM,LLB)from a reputed college
• 8-12 years of experience in relevant areas- Corporate law, Company Law, SEBI, IPR (with 2-3yrs. of experience in a Law Firm – Preferably)
