Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Legal Manager- Land Acquisition to join our team in Mumbai. If you have a strong background in legal compliance and risk management, then we would love to hear from you.

# Responsibilities
• Advise on legal matters related to land acquisition, leasing, and property transactions.
• Conduct due diligence on land properties to assess legal risks and compliance with applicable laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including lease agreements, purchase agreements, and other contracts related to land and property.
• Provide legal support in land disputes, representing the company in negotiations and legal proceedings as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to land transactions and property management, including adherence to the RERA Act.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers and real estate teams, to align legal strategies with business objectives.
• Stay updated on changes in land laws and regulations, advising the company on necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies regarding land and property management.
# Requirements
• Minimum [8 years] of experience in land and property law.
• Strong knowledge of land acquisition processes, land leasing, and property transactions.
• Familiarity with the RERA Act and other relevant land laws.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
