• Retail Associate - Sales
Responsibilities -
-Assist with daily operations and sales execution.
-Supervise and guide a team of 10-15 Field Sales Executives to meet sales targets.
-Engage customers and recommend vehicles.
-Coordinate deal closures and maintain inventory.
-Support cross-selling and up-selling efforts.

-Lead and manage a team of 10-20 employees.
-Achieve sales targets and ensure cost management.
-Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.

-Oversee finance and insurance processes.
