We are looking for an experienced Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager to join our team and lead our team of trainers! Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for training and enhancing competencies of our employees. You will be planning and implementing training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to our employees.

Work Shift: 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM (IST)
Working Days: 5 Days(Mon – Fri)
Job Description:
Identifying training needs and delivering a variety of training programs - scaling from process to product, across various levels and programs in accordance with legislation and current industry standards.
He will prepare or develop the training workbooks, Courses,, storyboards, presentations, activity list etc. within the time-frame.
Encourage Employees for Training - Accordingly Designing / Developing a programme of Training.
Tracking Employees Progress
The Manager Training will develop and maintain training content and assessments by working closely with Subject matter experts.

Refresher Training
TL (Team Leader) Process Training (TLPT)
TTT (Training the Trainer Programs)
Process Knowledge Dip Check + Assessments Designing and Invigilation
Implementation of Training KPI
Timely Basis Implementation of Training
Job Requirement:
Minimum 5 years in KPO - BPO industry
CA or CA Inter will be prefer
Only International BPO / KPO experience will be considered
Willing to work in US - UK Shifts
Outstanding Presentation Skills
Ability to Lead Full Training Cycle
Excellent Team Player
