Job Purpose
Lead the creation and implementation of a premium wine and spirits program that enhances the passenger experience and aligns with the airline’s brand. Curate and source high-quality selections while ensuring cost-effectiveness and exceptional onboard dining.
Key Responsibilities
• Menu Development: Curate, source, and manage a diverse wine and spirits selection for onboard service.
• Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers for quality products at favorable prices.
• Collaboration: Work with the F&B team to create wine and spirits pairings for meals.
• Training: Develop and implement cabin crew training on beverage service, including responsible ******* service.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on trends and regulations in the wine and spirits industry.
Required Skills
• Expertise in Wines & Spirits: In-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, and pairings.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
• Presentation: Excellent skills in presenting wine and spirit offerings to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Full time Degree in Hotel Management, WSET Level 2 certified.
• Experience: Minimum + Years in Wine & Spirits management, with strong knowledge of quality evaluation and food pairings.
