Manager, Windows Infrastructure
Job Description
Hours/Location:
M-F; core business hours
This role includes occasional off-hours support and project work and helps ensure the team provides appropriate after-hours on-call coverage.
Responsibilities:
Manages deliverables, workflows, and the professional development of resources within the Windows group.
Manages staff; providing yearly performance reviews and establishing staff goals that enable professional development; hiring and terminating staff as needed.
Develops and reviews budgets; ensuring guidelines and objectives are maintained throughout the year, preparing monthly variance report analysis including the documentation and validation of threshold variances.
Participates in negotiations and reviews and investigates agreements to ensure HealthPartners’ best interests are represented and the underpinning architecture is uncompromised.

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
