Job Description
Review and preparation of Daily Cashflow Statement of each entity to plan the daily investments
• Prepare monthly/weekly cashflow statement of each entity for planning of investments and borrowings
• Review of bank wise investment limits and ensure that the investments are in line with Board approved limits.
• Collect FD rate from multiple Bank and initiate investment with the Bank having better rate of Interest.
• Ensure FD maturities are being aligned to payment obligation date e.g Royalty, TDS, GST, Salary or interest payment.
• Check and verify interest credit on each FDs are correctly given by the Bank.
• Timely servicing of interest and principal for all INR/ECB loans.
• Help in implementation cash management systems in order to optimize efficiencies.
• Support team in execution of credit facility documents.
• Engage with auditors, provide revert to their queries, arrange audit balance confirmation with each Banks, AMCs.
• Liaise and coordinate with Bank and business units for issuance of Bank guarantee.
• Check and verify correct charges are levied by Banks in all accounts and BGs.
• Coordinate opening and closure of bank accounts and special purpose accounts.
• Liaise with respective company secretory teams to update Board resolutions for Bank Account operation and Investment for all BUs.
• Updation of all signatories in Banks as per Board resolution and regular and timely review of all signatories.
• Arrange monthly Stock/Debtors and Creditors information/data from respective BU and provide to Bank before 20th of each month.
• Calculate monthly interest on such external Loan as per facility agreement and send to AP team with detailed working to book such interest through AP module in Oracle Fusion.
• Fill up and execute all requisite Forms and documents to get net banking set up with new Bankers, includes review of draft BR and arrangement of CTC of BR required by the Bankers.
• Prepare monthly Investment summary with Bank wise FD exposures, along with avg yield in each segment of investment e.g. FD & MF.
• Collation of Information for Banks.
Qualifications & Competencies:
• CA/MBA/ICWA
• 6-10 years post qualification experience, some of which preferably gained in a large multinational organization.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity associated with a high growth environment
• Ability to manage multiple
