Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Manager – Tech Sales & Digital Marketing with a strong understanding of the SME landscape in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales acumen and hands-on experience in SEO, SMM, and digital campaigns. A strong local client network is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive tech solution sales to SMEs across Pune

• Build and manage relationships with local business owners and decision-makers

• Understand client needs and offer tailored digital marketing strategies (SEO, SMM, performance campaigns, etc.)

• Create and execute end-to-end digital campaigns for client acquisition and retention

• Work with internal teams to manage project delivery, results tracking, and client satisfaction

• Generate qualified leads through a mix of outbound and inbound strategies

• Leverage existing database and network in Pune for faster business traction

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools relevant to SMEs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Tech Sales, SEO, SMM, and Digital Marketing

• Strong understanding of the Pune SME market and local client ecosystem

• Proven track record in closing deals and managing accounts end-to-end

• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot (or similar)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

• Prior experience in a digital agency or B2B tech sales setup
