Have an Opening for Manager - Taxation Accounting with Leading LifeInsurance company

Location: Mumbai

Direct Tax

Liasioning and representing company with Tax authorities and consultants

Keep close tracking of on going litigation

Filing of Reply to notices, stakeholders queries

Involvement in setting process for automation of tax compliances

Ensure relevant communication / documents in place for the purposes of internal audit / statutory audit / departmental audit

Ensure Regular compliances are in place

Ensure robust process in place for availability of information for statutory authorities

Preparation of dashboards, Handling of Internal audit, Management reporting

Good in Follow up with FA (Accounts Payable/G.L./Treasury/Ops accounting) /Distribution Operations for gathering of necessary information required for various tax compliances.

Close coordination with IT to ensure filling gaps in controls and driving automation
