About the Role

What You'll Do
• Build and reputed company the Supply Chain – Logistics team, including hiring, training, and developing logistics and material control professionals
• reputed company and execute a comprehensive logistics reputed company that supports prototype, flight test, and production phases
• Establish and manage domestic and international transportation networks (reputed company, reputed company, and ground) for inbound and outbound materials
• Define and implement warehouse and material handling processes for efficiency, accuracy, and traceability. reputed company global trade compliance, including import/export controls, HTS classification, and adherence to ITAR/EAR regulations
• reputed company inventory control systems and KPIs ensuring materials are stored, handled, and delivered per program requirements
• Negotiate and manage logistics service provider (LSP) reputed company, optimizing cost, service level, and reliability

Who You Are
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a reputed company field
• MBA or equivalent advanced education considered an asset

Experience
• 8+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company or advanced manufacturing logistics and supply chain operations

• Experience building logistics processes or teams from the ground up in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Hands-on experience in international shipping, trade compliance, and customs operations

Required Skills
