Our team is currently recruiting for a Manager, Specialized Transportation Estimates to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

· Foster existing relationships with customers, and develop relationships with new customers.

· Work with our customers to solve their Specialized Transportation requirements including defining their project scope, timelines, and cargo requirements to prepare accurate estimates within the set parameters.

· Prepare formal proposals and work with Sales staff to deliver the proposals directly to the clients.

· Prepare, maintain, and continuously evaluate a directory of third-party contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Job Requirements

· Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to research, assemble, manage and manipulate numerical information

· Able to read and interpret engineered drawings.

· Highly organized with the ability to deliver against deadlines.

· Experienced in the use of MS Office Suite, estimating pricing models, and cost management tools

· Evidence of experience in similar role in Specialized Transportation, or sectors such as oil and gas, construction, renewable energy, and mining.

· 3-4 years of relevant work experience.

· Full time remote work position

· Successful candidate must reside within Canada
