Job Description
Position : Sales Manager (Insurance)
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
Roles & Responsibilities :
- New agent recruitment, assessment, and training.
- Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.
- Forming trusting connections with the team and the clients .
- Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
- Maintaining staff compliance with agency rules, procedures, and policies.
- Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
Desire Candidate :
- A graduate degree is the minimum required.
- 2+ years of field sales experience.
- Be between the ages of 24 and 38.
- A two-wheeler is required.
- You must possess the best leadership and communication skills.
