Job Description
Drive regional retail sales and business growth for dry fruits, dates, nuts, and seeds category.
· Identify and set up new retail counters / kiosks in malls, supermarkets, and high-footfall locations.
· Manage daily retail operations across multiple counters or stores in the region.
· Lead and manage retail sales teams, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
· Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and branding across all retail outlets.
