Dept.: Retail Operations Duties
Manage existing outlets in multiple cities run by outsourced agencies.
Identify newlocations and potential markets for opening new outlets.
Negotiate termsand conditions with each outsourced agency & ensure smooth running of outlets.
Maximise sales and expansion opportunities, and ensuringthat standards are met as well as delivering sales/profit targets.
Propose & manage a team of internal operations personnel. "
Recruitment/training of team members."
Accept responsibilty for all sales, key performance indicators, marketing calendar etc. as per business plan.
Set merchandising and pricing strategies in line with local market place.
Ensure compliance with the legal requirements and trading terms & conditions. Desired Profile: Qualification : Graduation in Management/Hotel Management Experience : 5-8 yrs of relevant experience
