Qualifications
You have 5+ years of experience in designing, launching, and monitoring new programs
You're data-driven, with strong analytics skills (Excel, Tableau, etc.)
You possess effective communication and presentation abilities
Responsibilities
As the Manager, Retail Charging, you'll be the driving force behind an exceptional customer experience for Walmart's growing electric vehicle (EV) charging network
You'll own the customer care process, analyze feedback, and establish continuous improvement loops to ensure a seamless and reliable charging experience
Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure seamless customer support for EV charging
Monitor and report on performance against key metrics, driving improvement
Evaluate and enhance customer support content, from app to training resources
Develop processes for timely and effective resolution of customer issues
