Title: Regional Senior Advisor
Salary: $88,+48 - $104,644 - $120,341 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours (core hours +am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Park Royal Office, West Vancouver located on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam Tsleil-Waututh Nations.

About the role
A the Manager of Regional Operations, you will provide leadership and corporate and administrative expertise to the Vice President, Regional Operations and the Regional Team in the areas of overall office management, communications, finance, event planning/management, contract management, fleet management, accommodations, administration, IMIT, and human resource functions, and ensure alignment to FNHA policies and protocols in related areas. You will ensure the regional approaches and work processes in these areas align with FNHA policy, supporting the Vice President, Regional Operations in engaging and working in collaboration with other Regions, central services, communities and health system partners, particularly the Regional Health Authorities. You will provide leadership and supervision to a team of staff engaged in the regional office management functions, ensure services standards are met, identify improvement opportunities in FNHA wide processes and policies, and collaborate with centre led teams to explore revised approaches where possible


About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:

Education

A University Degree with relevant specialization or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience
Experience

Recent, relevant and significant leadership experience (usually acquired over a period of 8 years)
Experience working with First Nations communities or organizations including political leadership
Experience providing management and senior level administrative services to a senior leader and a team
Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team and administrative resources
Experience monitoring service reports, performance metrics/trends, and initiating and driving improvement opportunities.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
