Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Experience: Bring over 10 years of experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills to manage client and team interactions effectively.
• Team Targets: Take charge of achieving the Total Transaction Value (TTV) and Gross Operating Profit (GOP) targets for the entire event team.
• Team Development: Develop and manage a pan-India team, including Business Development Managers (BDM), Operations, and Contracting professionals.
• Vendor Management: Oversee and manage relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality event execution.
• Sales Growth: Increase attachment rates and close larger events, driving sales across all major regions (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and South India).
• Performance Management: Ensure the Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the entire team are met.
