Work on Alternate Port/ICD
Explore the working of selection of ICD/Port for cost saving and improve efficiency of work
Reduce cost and improve work efficiency
Annual and MTP Budgeting
• Maintain Annual Budgets for Logistics-MTP for logistics cost with deep analysis
Shipment delivery in least cost
IT Development
• Implementation of CHENAB-E-Bidding thru SAP ARIBA
Complete data feeding in CHENAB, Report generation, Selection of vendor thru e-bidding

Role Description
To control and monitor all logistics activities related to import of Raw Material, Glass, PVB, BOM and Non- BOM items with cost effectiveness and timely delivery of shipments to plant.
Role purpose
To help Organization in attaining the value for every money spend in shipment clearance, Vendor Selection, Transportation and other activities related to delivery of shipment to plant. Responsible for developing robust system management in smooth clearance of shipments, Bill Processing, MIS and other related details.
Cost Should Be Minimum As Compare To Other Businesses
Advance Licence, MEIS Licence Utilization
Shipment clearance against Advance Licence and MEIS Licence effectively to clear shipment with zero duty
Licence utilization with in validity period and till the required quantity mention on licence
Benchmarking of CHA, Transportation Cost
Check cost of other service providers as well as same businesses

Vendor Reconciliation and Payment
Quarterly reconciliation of all vendors and timely bill submission
