Integrity Oversight Victoria (IOV) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced legal professional to join our team as Manager, Legal Services on a fixed term basis. Managing the legal team, and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel, this leadership position oversees the delivery of high-quality legal advice and support across a high performing organisation with a positive culture.

Given our position as the lead oversight body in the Victorian integrity system, the role will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel to manage interesting, highly sensitive and complex matters requiring the capacity to address matters through first principles and produce robust legal advice to support outputs which can withstand agency, public and parliamentary scrutiny and lead to both agency and systemic improvements.
The position is fixed term to November 2026. Part time hours (0.8 – 1.0 FTE) can be negotiated. While some working from home can be accommodated, the role does require regular attendance in the office to access secure and sensitive material.
