Manager Legal amp CS

Position Summary/Mission
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements and various legal documents (e.g., non-disclosure agreements distribution contracts, partnership agreements, network agreements, service agreements, minutes of meetings notices, reports etc.)
• Managing, reviewing, and drafting all internal policies, corporate governance guidelines and procedures, customer policies, privacy policies, marketing material. Advertising guidelines, product terms and conditions etc.
• Offering legal advice and support to the business on various legal points related to business operations, licensing requirements, reporting requirements, and business expansion.
• Coordinating with external lawyers on legal opinions, litigation cases and regulatory audits.
• Dealing and liaising with authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
