Job Title : Internal Auditor Manager- CA Qualified is mandatory- Agriculture industry is mandatoryWe are currently looking for a Manager : Internal Auditor. In this role you will : - Test the operation and tweak the design of existing financial controls- Maintain and cultivate a master inventory of our businesses policies, practices and processes- Improve customer care by initiating improvements to the financial control and auditing process- Perform inquiries and testing as needed to identify and resolve vulnerabilities- Develop new audit programs to ensure adequate financial controls- Plan internal client meetings and oversee financial disclosures- Make recommendations to financial management about software, policies and audit triggers- Create and update internal audit plan.- Lead individual audit assignments from planning through to issue of audit reports.- Manages financial and operational audits to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls according to companys audit strategies and directives.- Administrative line manager to Internal Audit team which includes performance management of team members.- Contribute to the development of internal auditing standards and methodology based on sound risk assessment techniques.- Foster company-wide compliance with internal and external regulations, utilization of best practice business processes and internal controls.- Develop audit staff on assignments to ensure they can meet their full potential within the company and develop into a future role.- 6 + years of working experience in Internal auditing for agriculture related field. - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
