The Nursing Manager Relief Program is designed to create an alternative manager staffing option to provide department and site relief by temporarily filling registered nurse managers into vacant positions until they are filled. This position offers the opportunity to work in multiple departments over time to share best practices, proven results, and engagement with those sites in need. The assignment timeframe may vary based on leadership role but generally ranges 2 weeks – 6 months and is reevaluated at each 6-month mark
